First thing is first, as your friend and not as a wedding coordinator, YOU NEED A DAY-OF COORDINATOR!! Whether you hire me or not please take that away from visiting my site. Your friends and your family deserve to be a guest at your wedding! Hiring someone to execute your vision and dream wedding is a must! I mean you only get married once right??? Or twice, or three times, whatever! I don’t judge!
We offer one package and one package only. In order to execute a well thought out planned event we will hold your hand along the way to make sure you don’t forget any deets! We like to call it the “More Than Just Your Day-of Coordinator” package.
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- (2) one-hour planning meetings*
- Assistance in creating wedding timeline (if needed)
- Orchestrate one-hour wedding rehearsal*
- Provide the comprehensive event schedule to vendors
- Provide (min.) 8 – (max.) 12 hours of service on the wedding day*
- Manage wedding day set-up and vendor questions at event site
- Oversee timeline of event to ensure confirmed program(s) run on schedule
- Manage guest relations and act as guest concierge as needed
- Manage gifts and retrieve the couple’s belongings from reception site
- Manage event breakdown, packing up couple’s wedding décor, etc.
- Double-check and improve details as needed
- Any pre-wedding event and/or post-wedding event assistance*
(*Items our hourly rate will be applied to)
Our rate ranges from $100-175/hour.
- Includes one lead coordinator and one assistant.
- Rate determined by wedding’s day of week, time of year, complexity and intensive labor needed.
We service LA and surrounding areas! Travel fees are:
$25 travel fee each trip more than 30 miles from 90293
$40 travel fee each trip more than 50 miles from 90293
$55 travel fee each trip more than 75 miles from 90293
If the venue is more than 75 miles we do not service.
